Job summary

Mettler-Toledo Services Asia-Pac Sdn Bhd is seeking a Specialist to ensure efficient processing of service contracts and orders across the contract lifecycle. You will maintain released orders in SAP CRM, resolve errors quickly, and manage billing blocks to prevent delays while coordinating with internal teams.

Fluent English is required, with a proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS/BA in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all service contracts, orders, invoicing by performing housekeeping activities in SAP CRM.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve errors related to released orders promptly, collaborating with internal teams to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage billing or credit blocks that affect order processing, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Manage billing plans and ensure all invoices and proforma invoices are prepared and closed within designated timelines.
• Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in orders or data, communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly to provide excellent service.
• Provide order and contract confirmations to customers.
• Demonstrate accuracy and speed of work to meet KPIs and Development Plans.
• Support service and customer priority strategies.

Job description

To ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer contracts and orders across all phases of contract lifecycle. This includes maintaining and updating released orders, handling errors promptly, managing delivery and billing blocks to prevent delays, and overseeing billing plans and invoices closures. The Specialist also monitors orders and delivery statuses to address customer inquiries effectively and provides timely order confirmations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all service contracts, orders, invoicing by performing timely housekeeping activities in SAP CRM
• Identify, analyse, and resolve errors related to released orders promptly, collaborating with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence
• Monitor and manage any billing of services, or credit blocks that may affect order processing, working with relevant departments, to resolve issues that could delay fulfillment
• Manage billing plans, ensuring all invoices, proforma invoices are accurately prepared and closed within designated timelines to maintain financial accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in orders or data especially with regards to errors for released orders, during housekeeping activities, communicating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
• Address customer inquiries and requests promptly to provide excellent service and maintain clear communication
• Provide order and contracts confirmations to customers
• Always demonstrate accuracy and speed of work
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and meet Development Plans
• Support service and customer priority strategies

About you

• Diploma or BS/BA Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics, or related degree
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of other Asian languages an added asset
• A good team player with ability to work cross culture and function
