Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document preparation, batching, scanning, indexing and validation.
• Ensure documents are batched and identified by date & time for audit trail purposes.
• Ensure documents are prepared and sorted according to customers’ requirements.
• Preparation for scanning, e.g. straightening corners, orientation, removal of staples.
• Poor quality print check and rectification.
