Job summary

DCConnect Global is seeking a proactive pre-sales professional to identify customer needs through visits and technical discussions, and to design end-to-end solutions. You will support sales with pre-sales activities and help negotiate contracts, SLA terms, and liability clauses.

You'll gather market feedback, mentor team members, and provide input to product teams for continuous improvement, ensuring design and delivery alignment in telecom SDN & SDWAN environments.

Qualifications

• Identify customer pain points through visits and analysis.
• Develop end-to-end customer solutions based on requirements.
• Prepare technical response templates and bid documents.
• Hand over solutions to delivery team for consistency.
• Support sales in contract negotiations including SLA terms.
• Assist pre-sales activities: customer communication, proposals, budgets.
• Lead the sales team and mentor new members.
• Provide training to sales or channel partners.
• Gather feedback for market trends and product needs.
• Input to product team for enhancements or new development ideas.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify customers' business pain points through visits, technical discussions, and analysis.
• Develop end-to-end customer solutions based on specific requirements and present solutions.
• Prepare technical response templates and bid documents.
• Hand over solutions to the delivery team to ensure consistency between design and implementation.
• Support sales in negotiating technical terms in contracts, including SLA commitments and liability clauses.
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities, including customer communication, proposal preparation, and budget management.
• Lead the sales team in breaking down goals and mentor new team members.
• Provide training to sales or channel partners.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to stay informed about market trends and evolving product needs.
• Provide input to the product team for enhancements or new development ideas.
