Job summary

Singtel KL is seeking a Solutions Manager with deep expertise in telecommunication solutions, SDWAN, and digital transformation to drive technical solutioning for enterprise clients. You will bridge business and technology by designing innovative solutions aligned with customers' transformation journeys, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams.

Qualifications

Degree and 6-10 years in a technical position in Communications/Network or IT industry.
CCNA certification required.
Preferred: CCNP/CCIP, SDWAN, Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
ITIL certification and experience in Messaging, collaboration, security, servers, backup is a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary trusted technical advisor on pre-sales matters, engaging with customers to ensure alignment with networking and communications needs.
Collaborate with Sales/Account Managers in meetings, providing pre-sales technical support for outstanding customer experience.
Partner with system integrators and technology partners to design and implement end-to-end network solutions.
Develop cost-effective, resilient ICT solutions that meet customer requirements and position Singtel as the partner for WAN/SDWAN and managed services.
Translate business needs into network architecture designs that support LAN/WAN transformation and digital journeys.
Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects to demonstrate SDN value and build customer confidence.
