Role Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Manager with deep expertise in telecommunication solutions, SDWAN, and digital transformation to deliver technical solutions for enterprise clients. The role focuses on engaging new business opportunities, transforming existing enterprise networks into agile, digitally managed infrastructures, and bridging business and technology by designing innovative solutions aligned with customers' transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Pre‑Sales Support
  • Act as the primary trusted technical advisor on pre‑sales matters, engaging proactively with customers to ensure alignment with their networking and communications needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales/Account Managers in face‑to‑face meetings to provide pre‑sales technical support and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Partner with system integrators and strategic technology partners to design and implement end‑to‑end network solutions.
• Solution Architecture & Design
  • Develop cost‑effective, resilient, and reliable ICT solutions that meet customer requirements and position the company as the preferred partner for WAN/SDWAN and managed services.
  • Translate business needs into network architecture designs that support customers’ LAN/WAN transformation and digital journeys.
• Technical Expertise
  • In‑depth knowledge of edge‑to‑cloud networking technologies, including SDWAN, SASE/SSE, cloud access, WAN/LAN networks, uCPE, VNF, and IoT networks.
  • Subject‑Matter Expert in network design and architecture with the ability to assess current network states, envision future states, and define transformation pathways.
• Digital Evangelism & Transformation Leadership
  • Act as a digital evangelist, engaging customers on emerging trends and leveraging the company’s digital initiatives to unlock new opportunities.
  • Conduct Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) projects to showcase the value of software‑defined networking (SDN) and strengthen customer confidence.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work comfortably across regions with peers from India and Singapore, engaging with diverse teams from sales, pre‑sales, product, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continuous feedback through win/loss analysis to drive ongoing improvements.
• Travel - Domestic and international travel required for sales kick‑offs, kick‑offs in Singapore, and customer engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience
  • Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 6‑10 years of experience in a technical position within the communications/networking or IT industry.
• Certifications
  • CCNA required.
  • Preferred: CCNP/CCIP, SDWAN, cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • ITIL certification and experience in messaging & collaboration, security, servers, and backup solutions are added advantages.
• Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SASE (e.g., Zscaler, Palo Alto), SD‑WAN platforms (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Silverpeak), VNFaaS, WAN connectivity (MPLS, internet‑based networks), SIP for voice, SaaS and public‑cloud access strategies, wireless and 5G technologies, NaaS, software‑defined cloud connectivity, and IT/OT convergence.

  • Excellent customer handling, presentation, and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
