Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst (Pre-Sales & Digital Solutions) to partner with customers, sales and technical teams to analyze business needs and propose digital solutions.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, process design and workflow automation, with involvement in client workshops, SOWs and project delivery across the full lifecycle. Strong communication and bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Solution Design or IT Project Delivery.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina.
• Customer-oriented with an interest in both solution consulting and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements and business processes.
• Design and recommend digital solutions, workflow automation and document management systems.
• Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations and customer workshops.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, SOWs and project documentation.
• Support sales teams with solution proposals, TCO analysis and customer consultations.
• Act as a bridge between customers, sales and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with project planning, UAT, SOP development and solution handover.
