Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Sales experience preferred in office automation, ICT, printing or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within assigned territories.
• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
• Promote production print solutions, document management systems and related services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and payment collection.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable printing solutions and workflow enhancements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution workshops to showcase capabilities and business benefits.
• Prepare customized proposals and business cases to support decision-making.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate pre-sales consultation and post-sales support with relevant departments.
