Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth by acquiring new accounts, managing relationships, and promoting IT, digital workflow and document management solutions.

You will conduct presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings, prepare proposals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with technical and project teams to ensure successful implementations and achievement of sales

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, managed services or document management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT, digital workflow and document management solutions.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales documentation.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
