Job summary

Konica Minolta Malaysia is seeking a capable IT Solutions Associate to work with the Lead Solution Architect and Consultant Team. You will gather and document business and technical requirements through interviews and workshops, and prepare essential project documentation such as SOWs, workflows, and SOPs.

You will coordinate between ITS and Sales for solution implementation, support UAT and QA activities, and assist in planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level not required; IT/CS related education preferred.
• Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin is desired for communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Solution Architect and Consultant Team to understand project objectives and develop effective IT solutions.
• Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Scope of Work (SOW), workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate between ITS and Sales teams on solution implementation and ensure smooth handover to the technical team.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
