About the Role
We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer to deliver technical solutions and pre-sales support for cloud-native, Kubernetes, and container platform technologies. Working closely with customers and the sales team, you will provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and solution consulting. This is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical guidance and training during product trials, troubleshoot customer issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Work closely with the sales team to identify business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and provide pre-sales technical solutions.

Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans, and other technical documents.

Gather and analyze customer and market requirements and provide timely feedback to product and R&D teams.

Participate in marketing activities, keynote presentations, and technical exchanges with business partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in IT or Internet-related companies is preferred;

Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing technologies and related products is preferred.

Experience in pre-sales, R&D, or system operations and maintenance is preferred.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Mandarin-speaking is required to support local client communication.

Willing to travel to client sites in Malaysia when required.
