Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Pre-sales Engineer to deliver technical solutions and pre-sales support for cloud-native, Kubernetes, and container platform technologies. The role is hybrid with occasional travel to client sites across Malaysia, and involves working closely with customers and the sales team to provide demonstrations, guidance, and solution consulting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE, experience in IT or internet-related companies, familiarity with cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
Experience in IT or Internet-related companies preferred.
Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing technologies and related products.
Experience in pre-sales, R&D, or system operations and maintenance preferred.
Mandarin-speaking is required for local client communication.
Willing to travel to client sites in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical guidance and training during product trials and troubleshoot customer issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide pre-sales technical solutions.
Prepare project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
Gather and analyze customer and market requirements and provide timely feedback to product and R&D teams.
Participate in marketing activities, keynote presentations, and technical exchanges with business partners.
