DASH TOUCH SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. invites an energetic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in POS and F&B technology across restaurants and retailers.

You will hunt new opportunities, present solutions, and build lasting merchant relationships. You will develop new merchant opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals; manage a robust pipeline; and work with partners to expand channels.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or related role.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred.
• Experience in POS, SaaS, software, payment, fintech, F&B technology or B2B solution sales is an advantage.
• Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking merchants/business partners.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; able to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new merchant opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital leads and field prospecting.
• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, beverage outlets and other potential F&B merchants.
• Conduct professional POS product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand merchant operational challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy merchant sales pipeline.
• Follow up actively with prospects and convert opportunities into paying merchants.
• Develop relationships with resellers, business partners and referral partners.
• Explore new sales channels and partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations and Implementation teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and go-live.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants after sales handover.
• Gather market and merchant feedback for management and product teams.
• Monitor competitor and market developments within the POS/F&B technology industry.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales, merchant acquisition and business development KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, activity and conversion reporting to management.
