Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dedicated relationship professional to manage 50-80 MM PLM accounts not handled by traditional RMs and AMs. The role requires conducting timely account reviews to maintain zero stale ratings, focusing on renewals, utilization enhancements and cross-selling opportunities.

You will prepare renewals, credit monitoring reports and disbursement documentation, ensuring all reviews meet due dates and addressing RM/client queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM accounts (not managed by RMs and AMs)
• Conduct periodic review of existing accounts on timely basis & to maintain zero stale rating
• Focus on account renewals, utilization enhancement and cross-selling opportunities for these accounts
• Prepare renewals, credit monitoring reports, disbursement documentation
• Ensure all reviews are completed by due date
• Follow up on queries / requests by RMs or clients
