Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking an account management professional to support MM customers not actively managed by relationship managers. You will focus on renewals, credit monitoring and disbursement documentation, ensuring timely processing.

You will manage 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM accounts, conduct periodic reviews, pursue utilization enhancements and cross-selling opportunities, and follow up on queries from RMs or clients to keep all reviews on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Focus on renewals, credit monitoring, and disbursement documentation for MM customers not actively managed by RMs
• Manage 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM accounts (not managed by RMs and AMs)
• Conduct periodic review of existing accounts on timely basis & to maintain zero stale rating
• Focus on account renewals, utilization enhancement and cross-selling opportunities for these accounts
• Prepare renewals, credit monitoring reports, disbursement documentation
• Ensure all reviews are completed by due date
• Follow up on queries / requests by RMs or clients
