Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced accounts manager to oversee 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM client portfolios. You will conduct regular reviews to prevent stale ratings and pursue renewal opportunities, while coordinating with RMs and clients.

The role emphasizes maximizing utilization, cross-selling and ensuring timely review completions, with strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders for smooth execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage 50-80 MM and high-potential PLM accounts (not managed by RMs and AMs)
• Conduct periodic review of existing accounts on timely basis & to maintain zero stale rating
• Focus on account renewals, utilization enhancement and cross-selling opportunities for these accounts
• Ensure all reviews are completed by due date
• Follow up on queries / requests by RMs or clients
