Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material lead times and capacity calculation logic.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong numerical sense, stress resistance and rapid decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Master and execute MPS and Daily/Weekly Capacity Plans based on sales forecasts and firm orders.
• Monitor shop floor daily progress and resolve bottlenecks with section heads.
• Dynamically adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery (OTD ≥ 96%).
• Perform MRP analysis and calculate raw material and packaging needs.
• Collaborate with Procurement to follow up on material arrival schedules.
• Control inventory levels and set safety stock targets.
• Analyze slow-moving and obsolete stock to reduce material holding costs.
• Act as communication bridge among Sales, Engineering, Warehouse and Production for order revisions or urgent pushes.
• Monitor production lead times and track material shortage risks.
• Issue PMC KPI reporting periodically.

About the role This is a Production Planning and Material Control (PMC) role responsible for mastering and executing Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Daily/Weekly Capacity Plans based on sales forecasts and firm customer orders. You will monitor shop floor daily progress, resolve production bottlenecks, and dynamically adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery. You will also perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP) analysis, control inventory levels, and act as a communication bridge across Sales, Engineering, Warehouse, and Production departments.

Key responsibilities

Master and execute Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Daily/Weekly Capacity Plans based on sales forecasts and firm customer orders

Monitor shop floor daily progress and resolve production bottlenecks with section heads

Dynamically adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery (OTD ≥ 96%)

Perform MRP (Material Requirements Planning) analysis and calculate raw material and packaging needs

About you

Minimum 2–3+ years of PMC, Production Planning, or Material Control experience in manufacturing
