Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Document Controller to oversee engineering change management and ensure accuracy in PLM-based documentation. You will manage change activities, track documents, and support stakeholders across the organization.

The role involves preparing reports on KPIs, auditing change orders, and training users on PLM/ERP functionality to maintain data integrity and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, engineering change control, PLM, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Agile PLM or other PLM/ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering change processes and document control within the PLM system.
• Review, track, distribute and change orders using PLM/ERP interactions.
• Prepare and present reports that track the change control program against KPIs.

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or related discipline.
