Job summary

Crossroad Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Document Controller in Malaysia to manage and maintain all controlled documents in line with established procedures. You will oversee the Master Document List and ensure accurate identification and version control, while controlling issuance, distribution, revision, retrieval and withdrawal of documents.

You will also maintain the Document Distribution Log and Change Logs, ensuring only the latest approved versions are available to authorized

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s controlled documents and records in accordance with established document control procedures.
• Maintain the Master Document List and ensure all controlled documents are properly identified, version-controlled and up to date.
• Control the issuance, distribution, revision, retrieval and withdrawal of controlled documents.
• Maintain the Document Distribution Log, Change Request and Change Log Sheet.
• Ensure only the latest approved version of documents is released and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
