Job summary

Entegris Malaysia SDN Bhd is seeking an Advisor, Document Control to manage engineering documentation, BOMs, and ECO processing, ensuring accurate release of materials and changes into the MRP system. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to maintain traceability and timely updates.

The ideal candidate has experience in document control, BOM management, and SAP/MRP with PLM/EPDM familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control, ECO processing, BOM management, part creation, and implementation of engineering changes.
• Technical knowledge of engineering principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Releasing new products, derivatives, and changes to COs for release into the MRP system.
• Entering new material information, documents, and BOMs into the MRP system and updating material masters.
• Processing ECOs and implementing engineering changes through PLM/EPDM and SAP/MRP.
• Collaborating with Operations and Purchasing to ensure proper part disposition in ECO.
• Editing engineering drawings and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups.
