Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Document Controller – Engineering Services to manage and control engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability across ECOs.

You will drive release of materials, BOMs, and changes within MRP/SAP systems, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. Ideal candidates have experience in ECO processing, BOM management, and part creation, with strong drawing interpretation, PLM/EPDM familiarity, and solid technical communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control, ECO processing, BOM management, and engineering changes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized.
• Experience with PLM and EPDM systems.

Responsibilities

• Release new products, derivatives, and changes to products and processes.
• Create Change Orders to release materials, documents, and BOMs into MRP.
• Track COs to prompt owners to complete high-priority tasks.
• Enter material information, documents, and BOMs into MRP and update material masters.
• Edit drawings and specs per engineer markups.
• Manage ECO process through PLM/EPDM and drive changes through ECO.
• Implement engineering changes in SAP (MRP).
• Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing to complete ECO disposition.
