Job summary

Park Games Equipment, Malaysia's outdoor play specialist, is seeking a Playground Sales Consultant to build relationships with developers, schools, councils, and landscape architects. You will drive B2B project sales and present tailored playground solutions across Malaysia.

The role requires 2–5 years in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and CRM familiarity. Diploma or degree in Business/Marketing/Architecture is preferred; government or procurement experience is a plus.

With over 25 years of industry leadership, we are Malaysia's trusted outdoor play and recreation specialist, and we're looking for a passionate Playground Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, international schools, local councils, landscape architects, and other key stakeholders.

Generate new business opportunities and drive B2B project sales.

Present creative playground and recreational solutions tailored to client requirements.

Explain product specifications , benefits, and project proposals effectively.

Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution.

Represent the company during client meetings, site visits, tender submissions, and industry exhibitions.

Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and long-term value to clients.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, playground equipment, landscape products, or related industries.

Is confident in communications and skilled at building lasting client relationships.

Enjoy presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value projects.

Is highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive by nature.

Is familiar with CRM systems and has strong organizational skills.

Holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

Added Advantage:

Experience dealing with government agencies, schools, or procurement processes.

Knowledge of landscape architecture, outdoor recreation, or playground equipment.

Active LinkedIn networking skills and personal branding experience.

What We Offer

Basic salary RM4000 – RM10,000 (including commission)
