You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create and implement winning business and marketing strategies, prepare tailored sales proposals, and build long-term client partnerships.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets through proactive business development and excellent communication, with a hunter mindset and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD for preparing proposals and drawings.
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills with a motivated, results-driven mindset.
• Hunter mentality with proven experience negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Confident in business presentations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective business development efforts.
