Job summary

Le Nam Megasheet (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is expanding and seeks a proactive Sales Executive to grow our customer base in the roofing sector.

You will develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction firms, manage existing accounts, and conduct site visits to close deals.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business/marketing, at least two years of outdoor sales experience, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Knowledge of metal roofing or construction materials is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Independent, aggressive, and target-oriented approach.
• Own transport and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin fluency preferred.

We are an established metal roofing manufacturer in Penang, supplying high-quality roofing solutions to contractors, developers, construction projects and customers. In line with our business expansion, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence.

Job Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, hardware shops, and construction companies within designated region.

Manage and expand existing customer accounts.

Conduct regular outdoor sales visits and site visits.

Prepare quotations, follow up on tenders, and close sales deals.

Provide product consultation and recommend suitable roofing solutions.

Monitor project progress and coordinate with production & delivery team.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on market conditions, competitor strategies, and pricing structures.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience (experience in building materials / construction industry is preferred)

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
