Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a senior leader to own the business unit's strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, ensuring test operations consistently meet customer requirements while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

You will drive continuous improvements, cost-reduction programs, and workforce transformation, lead managers across operations, production planning, control, production, and engineering, and coordinate with support groups to hit rolling targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Technical Discipline.
• 10 years of related experience in production and operations.
• Preferable semiconductor testing/subcon experience.
• Must have MS skills and AI advantage.
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for China customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the business unit's strategic, tactical, and operational duties.
• Ensure test operations meet customer specifications and company goals.
• Drive continuous improvements and cost-reduction programs.
• Lead a team of managers in operations, production planning & control, production and engineering.
• Coordinate with support groups for smooth operation.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

Ensure product is processed and conform to customers specifications.

Continuous improvements and cost reduction programs.

Workforce transformation and manage a team of managers in operations, production planning & control, production, and engineering.

Always stay ahead of competition in terms of cost, quality, delivery and cycle time.

Liaise with support groups to ensure smooth running of operations.

Prepares and meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly rolling targets.

Possess high analytical skills in problem solving.

Have customer centric skills.

Job Requirement:

Degree in Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Technical Discipline.

Have 10 years of related experience in production and operations.

Preferable those with working experience in semiconductor testing/subcon field.

Required to have MS skills and AI advantage.

Possess analytical mind/troubleshooting skill and positive attitude.

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for China customers.
