Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced operations supervisor to oversee production, maintenance, warehouse, QC and QA under established company standards. You will lead teams to meet quality and productivity targets across multiple functions in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of food manufacturing experience, with strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Halal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, maintenance, warehouse, QC & QA according to company standards.
• Handle equipment, machines and tools according to standard procedures.
• Monitor workers to ensure materials are used correctly for each batch and maintain productivity.
• Perform process improvements to deliver greater value to customers.
• Inspect work processes to ensure high quality products.
• Oversee warehouse operations including safe loading, unloading, storage, and movement of goods.

• Handle briefings and meeting with workers to resolve daily work issues.
• Perform any other related duties necessary to support the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours when required by operational needs.
