Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive production excellence and meet rolling targets. The role focuses on processing products to customer specifications, cost reduction, and workforce transformation while coordinating with support groups for smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in production and operations, a degree in science/engineering or a technical discipline, and MS skills with AI advantages.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience in production and operations.
• Experience in semiconductor testing/subcon is preferred.
• Degree in Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or technical discipline.
• Proficient in MS tools; AI advantageous.
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for China customers.
