Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Test Engineer to operate production test equipment, troubleshoot defective products, and monitor test performance to drive yield improvements.

The role requires 1 year of test engineering experience in an EMS environment, plus strong English and Mandarin communication, analytical and teamwork skills. You will maintain ISO QMS alignment and support NPI testing when needed.

Qualifications

• STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in test engineering.
• Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
• Able to evaluate product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken & written).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
