BOSCH HOME COMFORT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an accomplished HR leader to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness at the plant level. The role focuses on leadership development, employee engagement, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in HR, including 5+ years in leadership, with strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and industrial relations. Fluency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field.
• Minimum 15 years HR experience, 5+ in leadership.
• Manufacturing/multinational background preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and IR.
• Hands-on in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven change leadership and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English; Malay required; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Plant Leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and industrial relations issues.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and governance.
• Lead performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Develop and retain key talent and leadership pipelines.
• Oversee payroll, personnel administration, and employee services.
• Drive HR productivity and cost optimization while enhancing experience.
• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver business-focused support.
