Job summary

Hyppies Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the HR function for a manufacturing business.

You will shape HR strategy, oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance to align with production goals. You will partner with senior management to drive organisational effectiveness, manage manpower for blue- and white-collar roles, and ensure smooth payroll, performance reviews, and talent development in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing is essential, with understanding of factory operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and manpower planning for blue- and white-collar staff.
• Manage employee and industrial relations, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, performance management and talent development.
• Lead HR operations and ensure compliant HR policies and SOPs across the plant.
