Qualifications include a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years in manufacturing HR, and knowledge of HRIS and Malaysian labour laws. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential, with MS Office proficiency and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Talent Management and Employee Relations preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training administration.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and reporting.
• Assist in performance management, probation reviews and development plans.
• Coordinate training programs and monitor training effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and other regulations.
