KLK Land Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planning & Project Exec (Civil/Structural) to support master layout planning and building design coordination in Damansara. You will work with architects, engineers, planners and external consultants to ensure timely, compliant submissions and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering, experience in consultancy, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Planning & Project Exec (Civil/Structural) with consultancy experience Damansara

Assist in the preparation and coordination of master layout plans and building designs together with architects, engineers, planners, and other consultants.

Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies to monitor submission progress, approvals, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate and checking planning submissions, layout plans, building plans, and related development approvals.

Work closely with external consultants and internal departments to ensure submission documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within timelines.

Maintain proper records, filing systems, and correspondence related to planning and authority submissions.

Prepare and compile monthly progress reports and status updates for management review.

Coordinate documentation flow and communication between internal departments and external parties.

Handle general administrative duties including data entry, report preparation, meeting minutes, and filing.

Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior to support departmental and project requirements.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structure Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferably candidates with working experience in architectural, or engineering consultancy firms.

Candidates with experience handling authority submissions and consultant coordination will have an added advantage.

Good understanding of planning submission processes and local authority procedures is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude.

Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or planning-related software will be an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mandarin language proficiency will be an added advantage due to business communication requirements.
