Job summary

Klanggroup Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Landscape Architect to prepare landscape concepts, produce detailed drawings, and manage submissions with authorities. The role involves coordinating with QS and site teams to ensure design intent is realized, with a focus on practical, buildable solutions.

Applicants should have a degree or diploma in landscape architecture, at least 1 year of related experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Lumion/Photoshop, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities :

Prepare conceptual landscape designs, including preliminary concepts, 3D perspectives, and material selection/confirmation.

Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings for tender and construction purposes.

Prepare submission drawings and liaise with authorities regarding all necessary submission procedures.

Coordinate with other professionals, including Quantity Surveyors and site teams, to ensure implementation aligns with the design intent.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and technical implementation, while effectively resolving basic site-related issues.

Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture or equivalent field.

At least 1 year of experience in landscape or related field.

A strong design sense, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, and MS Office.

Must be presentable and possess a valid driver’s license.

Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
