Job summary

KLK Land Sdn Bhd is seeking a marketing professional to support market research, campaign execution and go-to-market planning for their property development portfolio in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

The role involves coordinating with creative and agency partners, producing digital and print materials, and assisting in launches and customer events while ensuring timely delivery and accurate records for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in property development or real estate.
• Strong analytical, research, organisational and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of property marketing, digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MHub, Canva or Adobe is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and competitive analysis on product, pricing, promotions, and trends.
• Compile market data and customer insights to support targeting and value propositions.
• Assist in developing new project launch strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, media and other agencies on campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials across digital, print and on-ground platforms.
• Coordinate launches, exhibitions, roadshows, sales gallery activities and customer events.
• Manage vendors, logistics, materials, registrations and on-ground execution.
• Track A&P expenditure and maintain project marketing records.
• Ensure Sales teams have updated marketing materials, price lists, FAQs and digital assets.
• Support regulatory documentation including DLAP/APDL, Form 7E/7F, NAPIC and REHDA submissions.
