Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Organize and evaluate the master production plan feasibility.
• Prepare production task lists and feeding lists.
• Monitor supplier materials and picking process; check missing materials coordination.
• Track production progress and assess schedule impacts; take corrective actions.
• Adjust plans for changes and handle abnormal situations quickly.
• Generate procurement requests and dispatch plans per material plan.
• Complete organizational goals and other tasks from superiors.

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates interested in manufacturing planning roles, with relevant experience or fresh graduates are also welcome.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Organize and evaluate the feasibility of the master production plan.
• 2. Prepare production task lists and feeding lists.
• 3. Monitor the incoming materials of the supplier and the picking process of our company and check the coordination of the missing materials.
• 4. Track the production progress, evaluate the impact of the schedule, and take measures.
• 5. Adjust the plan according to changes and exceptions, respond quickly and accurately to abnormal situations, and coordinate and solve them.
• 6. Conduct procurement requests and self-made dispatch according to the material plan.
• 7. Complete the organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of experience in the related field (preferably in a manufacturing environment) are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, ERP system (Including SAP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Mandarin proficiency is required, as the role involves liaising with the China headquarters
