Job summary

Wuxi Autowell Technology Co., Ltd. Malaysia division seeks a Manufacturing Planning professional to organize the master production plan and manage material flows. Fresh graduates or those with 2+ years in manufacturing are welcome; Mandarin is required for China liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of related experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems (including SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Organize and evaluate the feasibility of the master production plan.
• Prepare production task lists and feeding lists.
• Monitor supplier materials and picking process, coordinating missing materials.
• Track production progress, assess schedule impact, and take corrective actions.
• Adjust plans for changes and handle abnormal situations promptly.
• Conduct procurement requests and dispatch according to material plans.
• Complete organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.
