Job summary

B & B Bakery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planner in Johor Bahru to manage schedules, coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing, and ensure timely delivery of materials for manufacturing.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong organisational and Excel skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines. Prior production planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and manage production schedules.
• Monitor production progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and related departments.
• Ensure sufficient materials are available for production.
• Maintain and update production records, schedules, and reports.
• Identify production delays or issues and follow up with the relevant teams.
• Assist in improving production efficiency and workflow.
