• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of related experience are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems (including SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China headquarters.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking candidates interested in manufacturing planning roles, with relevant experience or fresh graduates are also welcome.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and evaluate the feasibility of the master production plan.
• Prepare production task lists and feeding lists.
• Monitor the incoming materials of the supplier and the picking process of our company and check the coordination of the missing materials.
• Track the production progress, evaluate the impact of the schedule, and take measures.
• Adjust the plan according to changes and exceptions, respond quickly and accurately to abnormal situations, and coordinate and solve them.
• Conduct procurement requests and self-made dispatch according to the material plan.
• Complete the organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 2+ years of experience in the related field (preferably in a manufacturing environment) are preferred
