Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Experience with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting automation equipment (PV or related industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems: PLCs, motors, sensors, actuators.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Commissioning and Setup

• Install and set up automation equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conduct initial tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

Testing and Troubleshooting

• Perform functional testing, performance verification, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of commissioning and testing activities, including test results and equipment performance.
• Prepare commissioning reports and technical documentation for internal and customer review.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures throughout the commissioning and testing process.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous process optimization.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing commissioning and testing activities.
• Report any safety hazards or non-compliance issues promptly to management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation equipment, preferably in PV or similar manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and actuators.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
