CTC Global Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented professional to coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth sales order processing and timely release of purchase requisitions. You will generate sales orders reports and collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
In addition, you will monitor inventory levels, generate stock reports, manage stock movements, and respond promptly to inquiries related to inventory and orders.
o Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transactions for sales order processing to meet SLAs set.
o Ensure purchase requisitions are released in a timely and accurate manner to meet customers’ expectations.
o Generate sales orders report to monitor sales orders outstanding.
o Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure goods are scheduled accordingly and delivered to customers within the stipulated time frame.
o Generate stock reports to monitor inventory levels and clear stocks to minimize inventory holding costs.
o Managing stock transactions and monitoring inventories’ movements to ensure all items are properly tracked with no discrepancies.
o Timely response to inquiries, issues, complaints pertaining to inventory and sales orders processing.
o Maintain quality output and continuous improvement within the job function.
o Share expertise and job knowledge pertaining to order processing with internal parties to smoothen the process.
