CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an Utility Account Manager for Cloud & Utility to own and nurture key customer relationships, driving satisfaction and expanding accounts through regular engagement and needs assessment.
You will coordinate with principals and distributors, manage service delivery with stakeholders, and identify new revenue opportunities while supporting pre-sales and renewal processes in a fast-paced environment.
Own and nurture the operational relationship with assigned customers, ensuring excellent satisfaction.
Develop and grow customer accounts through regular engagement, reviews, and needs assessment.
Conduct support planning and review meetings with customers (and principals, when applicable).
Ensure ongoing customer alignment by understanding the IT environment end-to-end.
Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
