CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Administration professional in Selangor to provide daily support to the Sales team, manage orders, monitor deliveries, and track ETA with suppliers. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure timely responses and accurate records.
Your role includes maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. Diploma in Business Administration and 2 years in sales support are preferred, with strong Excel/Word and
Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team; support the Sales team with sales support information and materials, including sales order numbers, delivery status, and estimated time of arrival (ETA) from suppliers.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to the customers
Monitor delivery status and proactively communicate updates to customers and the sales team
Work closely with Account Managers to track and follow up on customers’ multi-year contracts and customer commitments.
Maintain accurate sales records as the basis for management reporting.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including sales by account manager, product line, and customer.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales records and reports.
Qualifications: Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or sales support roles.
