Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with check-in procedures
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling using the studio's booking system
• Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the studio including equipment setup and breakdown
• Assist instructors with class preparations and provide support during sessions as needed
• Process payments, handle membership registrations, and manage client accounts accurately
• Coordinate inventory management such as ordering and restocking supplies and merchandise
• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers, updating social media, and promoting studio events
