luluto Malaysia is seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as a Pilates Instructor with potential to grow into a Studio Manager.

You will be trained through our structured, high‑level program, support daily operations of our first studio in Malaysia, and help manage bookings, studio flow and guest experience.

Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay a plus. 1–3 years in wellness or fitness, startup mindset, and willingness to lead as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in wellness or fitness.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and teach Pilates through our comprehensive internal training.
• Support the daily operations of our first studio in Malaysia.
• Manage client bookings, scheduling, and studio flow.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience and welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Work closely with HQ and instructors to enhance operations, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the business side of the studio: gather client feedback, support local marketing, and help implement improvements.
