Responsibilities

• Inbound lead conversion via DMs, WhatsApp, and calls to drive trial bookings or enrollments.
• Outbound prospecting and follow-ups to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Execute promotional campaigns across social channels and messaging lists.
• Schedule classes and manage instructor shifts and bookings in the system.
• Process student registrations, manage payments, and archive records.
