Job summary

luluto Malaysia is seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join us as a Pilates Instructor with potential to grow into a Studio Manager.

You will be trained through our structured, high‑level program, support daily operations of our first studio in Malaysia, and help manage bookings, studio flow and guest experience.

Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay a plus. 1–3 years in wellness or fitness, startup mindset, and willingness to lead as the business scales.

You don’t need to be a Pilates expert. You’ll be trained through our structured, high-level program. What matters most is your mindset and potential.

What You’ll Do

Support the daily operations of our first studio in Malaysia.

Manage client bookings, scheduling, and studio flow.

Contribute to the business side of the studio: gather client feedback, support local marketing, and help implement improvements.

Growth Opportunity

After working as an instructor for a certain period, based on your performance and the growth of the business, you may be offered the opportunity to advance to a Studio Manager or Country Lead position.

This role is intended to progress into a dedicated Pilates Studio Manager position within 12 months, contingent upon performance in the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Client Retention: Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction levels for private sessions.

Operational Excellence: Ensure studio operations consistently meet luluto’s SOP and brand standards.

Team Growth: Demonstrate progress toward leadership capability through effective coordination and communication with instructors.

Facility & Experience: Maintain a professional, clean, and well-managed studio environment that reflects luluto’s premium positioning.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in wellness or fitness industry.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English (Mandarin or Malay is a plus).

Passion for health, wellness, and building something from the ground up.

Comfortable in a startup environment and eager to take initiative.
