About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Full Time Pilates Instructors to join us in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality pilates instruction to our diverse clientele. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting health, wellness and rehabilitation through specialised pilates programming. Your expertise will directly impact client outcomes, helping individuals improve their physical fitness, flexibility, core strength and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional and engaging pilates classes to clients of varying fitness levels and abilities
• Conduct initial client assessments to understand fitness goals, limitations and medical history
• Design and modify pilates programmes tailored to individual client needs, including rehabilitation cases
• Provide accurate instruction on pilates techniques and exercises, ensuring clients perform movements with proper form to prevent injury
• Monitor client progress and adjust programmes accordingly to ensure continued advancement and engagement
• Build strong client relationships and provide motivational support throughout their fitness journey
• Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress and any modifications made to their programmes

What we're looking for

• Current and Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognised pilates training organisation
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics and exercise physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
