Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a motivated Project Specialist (Pest Control) to join our team in Malaysia. Based at our Shah Alam office, you will plan, support and manage pest-control projects while developing the capabilities of our people.

You will coordinate with Service and Operations teams, conduct surveys, implement improvements, and ensure service quality across branches nationwide. A CIDB certification and proficiency with MS Office are required, and travel to branches nationwide is

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM in related discipline with proven track record in Operations and Service industry.
• CIDB certification is preferred and advantageous.
• Project Management skill is essential.
• Understanding of Operations is essential.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint are required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to travel to branches across Malaysia.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Execute special projects and manage service capability initiatives (fumigation, pest proofing, bird control).
• Gather information and feedback to generate solution/capability initiatives.
• Survey projects and determine feasibility of initiatives.
• Develop and improve current policies and processes for Service and Operations.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Supervisors to improve service quality and client experience.
• Support branches on operations-related matters and conduct internal audits as required.
