Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote Personal Financing products and deliver superior customer service. You will set appointments, generate leads, and engage new-to-bank customers while cross-selling related retail banking products to hit individual and Group targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, plus the relevant licenses for the portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
Highly motivated with a winning attitude and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.

Responsibilities

Solicit and promote sales of PF/PFi products.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards Group targets.
Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
Set appointments, carry-out sales calls where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, Credit cards etc.
Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the bank's standards.
Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank.
Maintain and manage the sales centre in accordance with quality standards.
