Job summary

JM Auto Gallery Sdn Bhd invites applications for a Personal Coordinator – Sales & After-Sales to work closely with the General Manager, gaining exposure to Sales, After-Sales, Customer Relations and Business Operations.

Based in Penang area, the role involves coordinating schedules, following up on sales and after-sales matters, assisting with customer cases, and supporting branch visits and travel when required. Basic salary RM2,000–RM2,500 with allowances and incentives.

PERSONAL COORDINATOR – SALES & AFTER-SALES

You will work closely with the General Manager (GM) and gain hands-on exposure to Sales, After-Sales, Customer Relations and Business Operations.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate management schedules and appointments

Follow up on Sales & After-Sales matters

Assist with customer cases and internal coordination

Liaise with managers, departments and business partners

Prepare simple reports and management updates

Drive and accompany management for branch visits, customer meetings and business appointments when required

Assist with work-related travel and field assignments

Follow through on assigned tasks until completion

About you

Comfortable with travelling when required

Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and servicing, e.g., battery replacement, tyre changing and basic troubleshooting

The role may involve extensive driving and overnight outstation assignments

Basic Salary RM2,000 to RM2,500
