Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media ads (Facebook, Google, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, funnels, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with tracking tools like Meta Pixel and GA4 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other sources.
• Measure performance, optimize campaigns based on data, and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Execute full-funnel campaigns with strategic structure, creative alignment, and performance focus.
